Ann Gavlick
Ann brings 11 years of real estate experience to the Karen Marshall team. Her career in real estate has included representing buyers & sellers with existing homes as well as new construction. For six years of her career she focused on new construction being an on site agent. Ann has been a Peters township resident for the past sixteen years where she & her husband have raised their three children. As a full time dedicated Realtor, Ann is Quality Service Certified and lives & works by her philosophy of always treating her clients the way she would want to be treated.
Julia Massie
Julia, married and a mother of 3 girls, comes from Central Virginia ’s largest and most productive Real Estate Company, where she was an Office Manager. Julia’s previous occupations as a Corporate Accounting Manager and Virginia Realtor lend to her experiences. Her attention to detail, computer skills and work ethic have enhanced the services The Karen Marshall Group provides its’ clients. Julia serves as Karen’s Executive Assistant, attending to the administration of various websites, in preparing the listings and to the specifics of the daily functionality of The Karen Marshall Group.
Kelly A. Rackley
Born and raised in Pittsburgh and mother of 2, Kelly recently moved to Upper Saint Clair 2003. Kelly has been a Licensed Realtor since 1993, and was part of a team in the North Hills for 10 years as their Team manager where she had many job functions from listing to sales and marketing coordinating. Kelly joined The Karen Marshall Group in 2005 to provide services as a Marketing/Closing Specialist. Kelly’s goal is to make your closing go as smoothly as possible.
